Germos Ness Baking installations are designed according to the individual customer requirements. The broad delivery spectrum offers customers a choice between a wide variety of executions:
- capacity of installation: 1 to 14 trolleys in one or two row execution
- NESS: single air system
- GERMOS: central air system
- optional passing installations
- different types of heating possible
All installations are produced in the Germos Ness main plant and are subject to the highest quality standards. Germos Ness meets the regulations and standards of the food industry and use only high quality stainless steel (1.4301 up to 1.4571). All installations are equipped with state-of-the-art control technology and documentation systems. The efficiency of the installation can be evaluated at any time using the optional Energy-Management-System
