HH Mechanical Inc is an Alberta based corporation headquartered at 3707 57 Ave, Innisfail, Alberta, Canada. hhmechanical.ca (the "Site") is owned and operated directly by HH Mechanical Inc. ("HH Mechanical", "we" or "us").

This Privacy Policy applies in addition to the terms and conditions of the Site and is applicable to Personal Information collected by means of the Site, telephone number, email, and SMS.

Effective date: 11 day of November 2024. 

We may amend this Policy periodically and advise individuals to review this page each time the Site is visited. Any changes to the Policy will be prefaced by an amendment date, of which the Policy changes will take full effect seven (7) days after they are communicated.

HH Mechanical Inc. will only use the Personal Information we collect to contact individuals regarding specific inquiries received by said individual. Individuals will not be obligated to provide any Personal Information should they choose not to do so, however HH Mechanical Inc. reserves the right to disregard any specific inquiries that appear illegitimate. Certain Personal Information that may be asked from Us include name, telephone number, email address and mailing address.

Consent

HH Mechanical Inc. collects and uses Personal Information with users consent and knowledge (unless otherwise required by law). We limit the collection and use of Personal Information solely for the purpose of responding to individual’s inquiries.

Access to Personal Information Collected

Access to Personal Information collected is for internal use only. We do not share Personal Information with any third parties or external companies unless explicitly requested by individuals for means of answering inquiries. 

SMS Communications

HH Mechanical Inc. will not share any Personal Information collected via SMS with any third parties or external companies unless explicitly requested by individuals for means of answering inquiries. At no time will individuals be required to communicate with Us via SMS. Individuals will be prompted to accept SMS communications upon initial contact. Individuals reserve the right to refuse SMS communications at the initial time of contact or at any preceding time thereafter with that understanding that in some cases it may take 24-48 hours for full removal to take effect.

Children

HH Mechanical Inc. will at no time knowingly collect or store the Personal Information of any individual under the age of sixteen (16). Should we become aware of such an occurrence, we will enforce the permanent removal of Personal Information collected.

HH Mechanical Inc. utilizes advanced tracking cookies to analyze and optimize our Site experience. These cookies provide us with metrics based on Site activity and at no time do we have access to any Personal Information via cookies.
