Germos Ness Maturing & Drying installations are designed according to the individual customer requirements. The broad delivery spectrum offers customers a choice between a wide variety of executions:
- capacity of installation: 1 to 14 trolleys in one- or two-row execution
- UNIGAR: single air system
- GERMOS: central air system
- passing installations optionally
- posible execution of doors: swing door with or without sight glass, lifting door
- different types of heating possible
The system's availability is ensured by robust construction. In case of a failure, Germos Ness is available with a well-stocked range of parts. A fast delivery in case of need is secured. Over 80% of parts ordered are shipped within 24 hours.
All installations are produced in the Germos Ness main plant and are subject to the highest quality standards. Germos Ness meets the regulations and standards of the food industry and use only high quality stainless steel (1.4301 up to 1.4571).
